Due to the perishable nature of our hydration products, we can only accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack the items securely in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside.

Ship and Refund

Send the package to our distribution center; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
